Privacy Policy

First

None of our apps carry ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs. There is simply no channel by which what you tapped or looked at reaches us.

Sam's Note and Fetcha have no sign-up at all. There's no server to receive anything, so there's no personal data of yours here to hold.

Naejip Tamgu is the exception. Keeping your saved complexes and your own notes across a change of phone needs somewhere to store them, so that one app uses an account and a server. Exactly what it keeps is written out below.

Promising to guard a pile of it is worth less than not having the pile, so everything else stays pile-free.

Sam's Note iOS

• Your notes live on your device. The app doesn't send them anywhere.
• There's no server to receive them, so we have no way to read them.
• No account, no login, no backup server. Delete the app and the notes go too.

Naejip Tamgu iOS

The only AIDE app that uses an account and a server. The transaction prices and market figures it shows are public records and aren't anyone's personal data; what follows is the part you create yourself.

• You can use it without signing in. In that case all that exists is a temporary identifier: no name, no email.
• If you sign in with Apple, we store the account identifier Apple gives us and your email address. Use Apple's Hide My Email and your real address never reaches us.
• Saved complexes, places you've visited, and the notes you write on them are stored against your account. They're the things that should survive a new phone, so they live on the server.
• If you turn notifications on, we store that device's push token. Turn them off and it's excluded from sending.
• Your location is never stored. It's used on the spot to move the map and find nearby complexes, then discarded. Nowhere is there a record of where you were.
• Storage is on Supabase, locked at the database level so each account can only read and write its own rows.
• No ads and no analytics in this app either.
• Want it gone? Tap My → Delete account in the app. The account and everything attached to it is deleted on the spot, and it can't be undone. Can't open the app? Email contact@aidestudio.app and we'll do it for you.

Fetcha iOS

• Your NAS credentials stay on your device. They never reach us.
• The app talks to your NAS directly. There's no server of ours in between.
• We can't see your NAS, or anything on it.

This website

• No cookies.
• We never added analytics or tracking scripts.
• The typeface is a file on our own server. We don't call out to Google Fonts or any other font host. Which means this page makes no outbound requests at all.
• Ticks on the How we build and Marketing pages are saved inside that browser only (localStorage). They never reach us and don't appear on your other devices. Clear the browser's stored data and they go with it.
• The site does sit with a host called Vercel. As with any web server, access logs (your IP, the time you asked) rest briefly on their side. We don't look through them, and we don't market from them.

If you write to us

To answer you, your message has to sit in our mailbox, and that means your address and what you wrote. We won't use it for anything but the reply, and we won't hand it to anyone.

Children

Our apps aren't made for children. And they collect nothing from anyone to begin with.

When this changes

If an app starts handling data differently, we fix this page before that ships, and change the date at the top.
